Swati Maliwal wrote on X on Wednesday, ‘Aatishi Marlena’s parents had deep ties with SAR Geelani. Geelani was accused of having a hand in the attack on Parliament. In 2016, he had organized a program in the memory of Afzal Guru at the Press Club of Delhi. Atishi Marlena’s parents were on stage with Geelani in that program. Slogans were raised in this program – If you kill one Afzal, then lakhs will be born, Kashmir demands freedom. Atishi Marlena’s parents have written an article titled ‘Arrest and torture of Syed Geelani’. May God protect Delhi!’
