GoNow said that since 10:45 am, there is a problem in the check-in system globally. Airlines are working with Microsoft to fix this problem as soon as possible. Delhi Airport sources said that there has been no major impact on flight services at Terminal-3, but its effect is visible on Terminal-2. Airlines are following the manual process.

Akasa Airlines said that this problem has affected some of our online services such as booking, check-in and booking management. You will not be able to use them temporarily. At present, we are following manual check-in and boarding procedures at airports. Therefore, passengers planning immediate travel are requested to reach the airport early to check-in at our counters.

Meanwhile, SpiceJet has also informed the passengers about this. It said that we are currently facing technical challenges with our service provider, which is affecting online services including booking, check-in and booking functionalities. Due to this, we have started manual check-in and boarding processes at airports. We request passengers planning upcoming travel to reach the airport before the usual time to complete check-in at our counters.

Banking sector was also affected
