Nand Kishore Gurjar, MLA from Ghaziabad’s Loni seat, has raised questions on the system created by his own government. After listening to the problems of a rape victim, Nand Kishore Gurjar got angry and said that if a bulldozer is not run on the accused’s house within a week, he himself will go with the bulldozer. Gurjar said that even if he is hanged, he will take the law in his own hands. He demanded to end the commissionerate system in Ghaziabad and bring back the captaincy system.
Nand Kishore Gurjar while talking to media on Wednesday said that the victim is a victim of ‘love jihad’. The minor was taken to an Oyo hotel and raped. The MLA alleged that the victim was threatened with death in the court. The house has been surrounded several times. She went to the commissioner, the lower officials do not listen, they do not come out of their office.
Nand Kishore has shared many such videos on his x handle in which he is questioning the system while talking to the media. He said, ‘There is looting going on. We want the commissionerate system to end here, the captain system to be implemented. There was no crime in Ghaziabad. There has been chaos in the last one and a half to two years. The commissionerate system has ruined everything. Who is the advisor, who is running the system, who is making it, the policemen are not ready to listen. Muslims are openly entering the homes of the poor, we have to go and fight ourselves. If we have to fight then what is the need of the police.’
While giving a week’s time to the police, the MLA said, ‘I cannot bear to see the pain of this daughter. What can be more painful than this. Every daughter of Loni is a mother, our mother, sister, daughter. She will be molested and threatened. If the bulldozer is not used here, I will take the bulldozer myself. We will have to take the law in our hands, then we will have to be hanged for it, we will have to go to jail.’
