Nayab Singh Saini’s seat changed for the fourth time in 10 years, 9 MLAs’ tickets were cut; but BJP achieved one thing

BJP has released the first list of 67 candidates for the Haryana Assembly elections. This list also includes the name of CM Naib Singh Saini, who will contest from Ladwa seat this time. What is interesting about Chief Minister Naib Singh is that he is going to contest from a different seat for the fourth consecutive time in a span of 10 years. He won the Narayangarh seat in the 2014 assembly elections. After this, in 2019, he contested the Lok Sabha elections from Kurukshetra Lok Sabha seat and won. Earlier this year, when the then CM Manohar Lal Khattar resigned from the post, Naib Singh was made the Chief Minister and he won the by-election from Karnal assembly seat.

Now he is going to contest from Ladwa seat which comes under Kurukshetra Lok Sabha. In this way, his seat has changed for the fourth consecutive time. Jagmohan Anand has been given a chance in place of CM Saini from Karnal Assembly. BJP has given prominence to OBC candidates in its list because it is trying to please everyone to come to power for the third time. Apart from this, BJP has also placed its bet on famous faces so that the anti-incumbency factor can be countered with the influence of the leaders. Like Rao Indrajit Singh’s daughter Aarti Singh Rao has got a ticket from Ateli.

Apart from this, Kuldeep Bishnoi’s son Bhavya Bishnoi, former MP Sunita Duggal, Kiran Chaudhary’s daughter Shruti Chaudhary are also included in the list. Leaders like Captain Abhimanyu and Omprakash Dhankhar are also included in the BJP list. Anil Vij is once again going to contest from Ambala Cantt seat. Not only this, BJP also seems confident by fielding strong faces. Manohar Lal Khattar said that till now Congress and Aam Aadmi Party were fighting separately. But now there is talk of coming together. Both are busy in making an alliance. This shows that BJP’s position is strong and Congress is not gathering courage to contest alone.

BJP also cut tickets of 9 sitting MLAs

On one hand, BJP has fielded famous faces and on the other hand, it has cut the tickets of 9 sitting MLAs. A total of 9 MLAs including Palwal MLA Deepak Mangala, Faridabad’s Narendra Gupta, Gurugram’s Sudhir Singla, Cabinet Minister Ranjit Chautala have been cut. Sitaram Yadav’s ticket from Ateli has been cut and in his place Rao Indrajit Singh’s daughter Aarti has got the chance.

As soon as the first list of Haryana BJP was released, there was a stampede, resignations in quick succession; who all left the party
