DDA Flats E-Auction: DDA will start e-auction of flats under Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 from Tuesday i.e. 24th September. It is said that 173 comfortable flats will be auctioned under Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 by September 26.
DDA (Delhi Development Authority) will start e-auction for 173 comfortable flats of Dwarka Housing Scheme from today. This process will start on DDA’s website. Earlier, DDA had also started the practice of bidding through online medium for people for three days from Saturday to Monday. According to DDA officials, flat buyers will be able to bid for MIG, HIG, Super HIG and Penthouse included in Dwarka Housing Scheme from Tuesday to Thursday.
Where are the flats located and what is the price?
– There is 1 penthouse in Dwarka Sector-19B Phase-2. Its price is Rs 5.19 crore.
– Price of 4 Super HIG flats in Dwarka Sector 19B Phase 2 is Rs 2.59 crore.
– 21 HIG flats in Dwarka Sector 19B Phase 2 are priced between Rs 2.10 crore and Rs 2.28 crore.
– 98 MIG flats in Dwarka Sector 14 Phase 2 are priced between Rs 1.28 crore and Rs 1.47 crore.
– 14 MIG flats in Dwarka Sector 16B Pocket 2 are priced between Rs 1.29 crore and Rs 1.43 crore.
– 35 MIG flats in Pocket 3 in Dwarka Sector 19B are priced between Rs 1.31 crore and Rs 1.43 crore.
What will be the timing?
E-auction of live flats will start twice through online medium. E-auction will be held from 11 am to 12 noon. After this, the e-auction process will run from 3 pm to 4 pm. More than two thousand flat buyers have registered for 173 comfortable flats. These people have deposited the fixed earnest money.
You can bid up to 50 times the fixed amount
In view of e-auction, flat buyers will be able to bid for e-auction starting from a fixed amount and up to 50 times that amount at one time through online medium. In this, the reserve price has been fixed at Rs 50 thousand for MIG flats, Rs one lakh for HIG flats, Rs 1.50 lakh for super HIG flats and Rs two lakh for penthouses. Flat buyers will be able to bid up to 50 times this fixed amount at one time.
139 EWS flats sold in Loknayakpuram
139 EWS flats of DDA have been booked in Loknayakpuram, Delhi. DDA has started the booking process of EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG flats at many places on first come first serve basis in the affordable housing housing scheme and middle class housing scheme. All the LIG flats of Rohini Sector-34 and 35 have been sold in the affordable housing housing scheme.
All HIG flats were sold in Jasola too
Apart from this, all the HIG flats in Jasola have also been sold. DDA had launched 603 LIG flats on the third and fourth floors in Sector 34 and 35 of Rohini. The price of which was fixed at Rs 14.1 lakh to Rs 14.4 lakh. Also, 123 LIG flats on the first and second floors in Rohini Sector 34 and 35 were included in the housing scheme. The price of which was fixed at Rs 14.1 lakh to Rs 14.4 lakh. Apart from this, 89 HIG flats were launched in Jasola under the middle class housing scheme. The price of which was fixed at Rs 2.08 crore to Rs 2.18 crore. All these flats have also been sold.
