This record is of October 7, 1930. The Lahore High Court Registrar’s Office refused to accept the request, saying it could not provide the records to the foundation.
Qureshi said, “Lahore High Court Deputy Registrar Tahir Hussain said that until the High Court orders the judicial records of Bhagat Singh and others to be made available to the foundation, his office cannot do so.” He said that the registrar’s office’s refusal to provide judicial records is a grave injustice. He said that he will file a petition in this regard in Lahore High Court.
