With the increase in the number of 5G subscribers, data consumption will also increase. This will also motivate telecom companies to increase their investment. It is also estimated that between 2023 and 2029, data consumption in the country will increase at a compound interest growth rate of 15 percent and will reach 68GB per month.

India is expected to have 120 crore smartphone connections by 2030, while Indonesia is expected to have 387 crore connections by 2030.
