BSNL Offers 3GB of Additional Data With Rs 599 Prepaid Plan, Bharti Airtel, Reliance Jio

Government telecom company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has gained lakhs of new subscribers in the last few months. The company’s affordable recharge plans are a big reason behind this. BSNL has offered additional data on one of its prepaid mobile recharge plans. However, for this, users will have to recharge through BSNL Selfcare app.

One on social media platform Post The company said that 3 GB additional data will be available in its Rs 599 prepaid recharge plan. The validity of this plan is 84 days. In this, 3 GB data is available per day. Along with this, unlimited local and STD calling can also be done. 100 SMS per day are also available in it. Some other value-added services are also available with this plan. These include subscriptions to apps like Zing Music. BSNL’s Rs 299 prepaid plan with 30 days validity also offers similar benefits.

Earlier this week, BSNL launched the first fiber based intranet service. This TV service has been started in selected areas of the country. Last month, BSNL introduced this service called IFTV with its new logo and six new features. The company’s fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network will be used for this service. The company has also started the trial of 5G network.

Earlier the company had also launched Wi-Fi roaming. With this, BSNL customers will be able to access high-speed internet at the company’s hotspots across the country. This will reduce the data cost of customers. With the new IFTV service, BSNL customers in Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu will be able to watch more than 500 live TV channels in high streaming quality. Apart from this, it will also offer pay TV content and other live TV services. The company said that the data used for TV streaming will be separate from the customers’ data packs and will not be deducted from the FTTH pack. BSNL will offer unlimited data for this service. Live TV service will be made available to the company’s FTTH customers at no extra cost.
