Train accident in MP, 2 coaches of Somnath Express derailed in Jabalpur

A train accident took place in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh on Saturday. Two coaches of the Somnath Express running between Indore and Jabalpur derailed here. There is no news of anyone being killed or injured in this accident. As soon as the information about the accident was received, railway officials reached the spot and are gathering information about the causes of the accident.

CPRO of West Central Railway Harshit Srivastava said that the train was coming from Indore. When it was moving towards platform number 6 of Jabalpur railway station, the speed of the train was slow and 2 coaches derailed. All the passengers are safe. The incident happened at around 5.50 am. It derailed at a distance of about 150 meters from the platform.
