Brochures of Delhi Development Authority’s (DDA) DDA Affordable Housing Scheme, DDA Middle Class Housing Scheme and DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme have been released. These brochures can be downloaded from DDA’s website. Flat buyers will get LIG i.e. 1BHK flat for Rs 11.9 lakh. Apart from this, the price of high-class penthouse has been fixed at Rs 5.19 crore. In Affordable Housing Housing Scheme, Middle Class Housing Scheme, people will get the opportunity to buy a total of 39,708 flats of EWS, LIG, MIG, HIG on first come first serve basis.
Booking amount will not be handed over
Apart from this, DDA has clarified in the brochure of the middle class scheme that flat buyers deposit the booking amount for EWS, MIG and HIG flats. After that, the booking amount will not be returned to the buyers if the flat is surrendered or cancelled. Also, the amount for the flats will have to be deposited within 60 days of the demand cum allotment letter being issued. Along with this, EWS flat buyers cannot sell the flat for 5 years after the flat is allotted. DDA has set this rule.
Booking at this price in Sasta Ghar Yojana
In DDA’s affordable housing scheme, the booking amount has been fixed at Rs 50 thousand for EWS flats and Rs 1 lakh for LIG flats.
This will be the booking fee in the middle class scheme
Under DDA’s middle class housing scheme, people will be able to register for flats by paying Rs 2500 on the website. From Thursday, there will be an opportunity to register for a total of 5400 flats of EWS, MIG and HIG under this scheme. Apart from this, to book flats from September 10, people will have to deposit Rs 50 thousand under EWS, Rs 4 lakh for MIG flats and Rs 10 lakh for HIG flats. Also, the amount for the flats will have to be deposited within 60 days of the demand cum allotment letter being issued.
How much is the earnest money for 173 flats
1- Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has given information about the earnest money for MIG, HIG, Super HIG flats and penthouses in sectors of Dwarka. The earnest money amount for MIG is Rs 10 lakh, for HIG it is Rs 15 lakh, for Super HIG it is Rs 20 lakh and for penthouse it is Rs 25 lakh.
2- In view of the e-auction, flat buyers can bid online starting from a fixed amount and up to 50 times that amount at one time. The reserve price has been fixed at Rs 50 thousand for MIG flats, Rs 1 lakh for HIG flats, Rs 1.50 lakh for super HIG flats, Rs 2 lakh for penthouse flats. Flat buyers can bid up to 50 times this fixed amount at one time.

– There is 1 penthouse in Dwarka Sector-19B Phase-2. Its price is Rs 5.19 crore.
– Price of 4 Super HIG flats in Dwarka Sector 19B Phase 2 is Rs 2.59 crore.
– 21 HIG flats in Dwarka Sector 19B Phase 2 are priced between Rs 2.10 crore and Rs 2.28 crore.
– 98 MIG flats in Dwarka Sector 14 Phase 2 are priced between Rs 1.28 crore and Rs 1.47 crore.
– 14 MIG flats in Dwarka Sector 16B Pocket 2 are priced between Rs 1.29 crore and Rs 1.43 crore.
– 35 MIG flats in Pocket 3 in Dwarka Sector 19B are priced between Rs 1.31 crore and Rs 1.43 crore.

– 700 EWS flats in Sirsapur are priced at Rs 14.8 lakh to Rs 15.1 lakh.

– 184 LIG flats in Ramgarh Colony are priced at Rs 13.1 to 14.5 lakh.
There are 482 LIG flats in Narela Sector-G2, Pocket-2, priced between Rs 11.9 lakh and Rs 12 lakh.
There are 1208 LIG flats in Narela Sector G8 Pocket 3, priced between Rs 14 and Rs 14.1 lakh.
In Narela Sector G7 and 8, the price of 3264 LIG flats in Pocket-4 and 4048 LIG flats in Pocket-5 is Rs 23.19 lakh.
7719 LIG flats in Narela Pocket 1,3,4,5,6 Sector-G2 are priced from Rs 23.17 lakh to Rs 23.25 lakh.
– 11,752 LIG flats in Narela Pocket 6,7,11 Sector-G7 are priced at Rs 28 lakh.
– The price of 603 LIG flats of third and fourth tier in Rohini Sector 34 and 35 is Rs 14.1 lakh to Rs 14.4 lakh.

– There are 1087 EWS flats in Narela Pocket 3,4,7,15 Sector A1 to A4. Their price ranges from Rs 32 lakh to Rs 35 lakh.
– There are 1973 MIG flats in Pockets 3,4,7,14, Sector A1 to A4 of Narela. Their price is Rs 1.08 crore to Rs 1.22 crore.
– The price of 420 MIG flats in Narela Pocket 1A, 1B, 1C Sector A1 to A4 is Rs 85 lakh to Rs 87 lakh. DDA has fixed this price and given 15 percent discount to the general people.
– 420 MIG flats in Narela will be available to government employees at Rs 75 to 77 lakh with a 25 per cent discount.
– 1182 HIG flats in Narela Pocket 3,4,7,14, Sectors A1 to A4 priced between Rs 1.40 crore and Rs 1.73 crore.
– 140 EWS flats in Loknayakpuram are priced between Rs 29 lakh and Rs 32 lakh.
– 640 MIG flats in Loknayakpuram are priced between Rs 1.18 crore and Rs 1.23 crore.
– 89 HIG flats in Jasola are priced between Rs 2.08 crore and Rs 2.18 crore.
Flat amount in 60 days
Also, the amount for the flats will have to be deposited within 60 days of the demand cum allotment letter being issued. Also, if there is any shortfall in the payment of the amount fixed for the flats, interest will be charged on the entire amount of the flat.
