Now a rail accident in Mathura, several coaches of a goods train fell on each other after derailing, Delhi route halted, 12 trains diverted

A railway accident took place in Mathura, UP on Wednesday evening. More than 20 coaches of a coal laden goods train derailed on the Vrindavan railway section. Many coaches have climbed over each other after derailing. Due to this, traffic has come to a halt on both down and up routes.

A rail accident took place in Mathura, UP on Wednesday evening. More than 20 coaches of a coal laden goods train derailed on the Vrindavan railway section. Many coaches climbed over each other after derailing. Due to this, traffic on both down and up routes has come to a halt. Coal is scattered on the railway tracks. More than 12 trains have been diverted. It is being told that at present 15 trains have been affected. Many have been stopped at various places. Relief teams have been sent to the spot. A team of officials is also reaching the spot. The cause of the accident is not known at the moment.

A goods train going from Jhansi to Sundargarh suddenly derailed near Vrindavan railway station late in the evening. In this accident on the down route, 20 coaches of the goods train derailed. Some coaches also fell on the up route. Due to this, the rail track on both sides of the Delhi route got disrupted. Trains were stopped wherever they were after giving information. Efforts are being made to start the up route by removing the coaches from it.
