Apple May Soon Get USD 4 Trillion Valuation, Investors Bullish on AI Momentum

The company’s share price has increased by about 16 percent since the beginning of November. The current valuation of Apple is around 3.85 trillion dollars. In the last few months, the company has faced criticism due to delays in AI-related plans. Companies like Alphabet and Microsoft have left Apple behind in this race. Nvidia has benefited greatly from betting on AI. Nvidia’s stock has increased by more than 800 percent in the last two years. Apple’s stock has almost doubled during this period.

Earlier this month, Apple started integrating OpenAI’s ChatGPT into its devices. The company also plans to launch a foldable smartphone. Recently the company has received a patent related to hinge mechanism for foldable devices. Apart from smartphones, this hinge can also be used in other foldable devices. South Korea’s Samsung has the highest share in the market of foldable smartphones. According to a report by GSMArena, information about Apple’s new hinge design is available in a document published on the website of the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). It is an electronic device connected with a hinge structure. It bends around an axis. It has a flexible display which is divided into two parts.

The company’s manufacturing is increasing in India. Apple’s iPhone manufacturing in the country has reached $10 billion (about Rs 84,000 crore) between April and October of the current financial year. However, China has a major stake in the company’s manufacturing. Apple’s manufacturing in October was the highest in a month with two billion dollars. The Central Government’s Production-Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme plays an important role in increasing the company’s manufacturing.
