Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national president Arvind Kejriwal may have resigned from the post of Chief Minister, but he will continue to work for Delhi. On Thursday, he started it by inspecting a road. Kejriwal, who arrived at Delhi University with Chief Minister Atishi and former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, said that he will also inspect other roads and the pending work of Delhi will be completed.

Kejriwal arrived to inspect a road in the North Campus of Delhi University. He said that the road was damaged due to laying of a pipeline and it will be repaired soon. He talked to Chief Minister Atishi and local MLA Dilip Pandey on the spot. He asked them many questions. Atishi and Dilip Pandey were seen briefing the party chief.

Kejriwal told the media that other roads of Delhi will also be inspected. He said, ‘We are seeing that a pipeline has been laid, due to which the road has broken. This road is used a lot. I have spoken to Atishi ji, who is the CM, this road will be repaired immediately. We will also inspect all other roads of Delhi and they will also be repaired.’ Kejriwal said that he was in action mode even in jail. Kejriwal, citing an alleged conversation with a BJP leader, alleged that he was arrested only to stop the functioning of the Delhi government.

Kejriwal, who was the Chief Minister of Delhi for nearly a decade, recently resigned from his post and Atishi has taken his place. While granting bail to Kejriwal, the Supreme Court had put a condition that he cannot go to the CM office. Kejriwal has said that he will not sit on the CM’s chair until the public gives him a certificate of honesty.
