The ASUS ROG Phone 9 FE may have similar features to the ROG Phone 8, as their model numbers are quite similar (the model number of the ROG Phone 8 is AI2501C). It is worth noting that the ROG Phone 9 FE is expected to come with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, while the rest of the ROG Phone 9 lineup has a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. This suggests that the FE variant will have slightly lower performance to offer a more budget-friendly price range.
Asus may retain the signature ROG Phone features in its FE model, such as AirTrigger button, Aeroactive cooling accessories and advanced heat dissipation system etc. It remains to be seen whether the device will have Anime Vision display on the back or not.
