Regarding this, the corporation has prepared to take action to demolish the illegal constructions being made in the city. In a recent survey conducted by the corporation, show cause notices have been issued to 2600 illegal builders. Also, orders have been issued to demolish 200 illegal buildings in Gurugram.

This illegal construction work has been going on for the last three months. Municipal commissioner Dr. Narhari Singh Bangar has instructed the enforcement teams of all four zones to carry out demolition drives every week on Saturdays. The corporation will now carry out a campaign to demolish these illegal buildings from next month.

Let us tell you that the city is full of illegal constructions. Builders are continuously carrying out illegal constructions in residential colonies by flouting the rules. The corporation has made preparations to take action against them. Show cause notices have been issued to 2600 illegal builders. Everyone has to submit their reply to the corporation within a week. If the reply is not satisfactory, then the corporation will issue them a demolition order again. After this, a team will be sent to carry out the demolition.

No action is being taken in Zone-3. Most of the illegal construction work is going on in Zone-3 of the Municipal Corporation. Only notices are being served as a formality. The Municipal Commissioner even changed the SDO for not taking action, but no action is being taken. In such a situation, work is going on in full swing here regarding illegal construction.

60 more buildings were demolished in three months
In the last three months, the teams of the four zones of the corporation have demolished about 30 illegal constructions in the ordnance depot. Apart from this, the corporation’s enforcement team has demolished more than 30 illegal constructions in all four zones. The enforcement team has expressed dissatisfaction over the slow action on illegal constructions and has directed to take action every week.

● 800 notices in Zone-2
● 650 notices in Zone-3
● 450 notices in Zone-4

Bulldozers will be used on more than 200 buildings
Sources, the four teams of Nagar Nigam have issued demolition orders to more than 200 owners of illegal buildings under construction. In the order, the corporation has given people five days to either demolish their illegal buildings under construction on their own or else the corporation will demolish them. The Nagar Nigam has prepared a plan to launch a demolition drive against illegal constructions from next week. The corporation has also demanded force from the police department to deal with any kind of protest. According to sources, the administration is ready to take action against those who do not demolish the illegal constructions even after giving notice. Also, the Nagar Nigam will prepare a plan for this and take action for demolition.

There will be sabotage every Saturday
Gurugram Corporation Commissioner Dr. Narhari Singh Bangara said that instructions have been given to the enforcement teams of all four zones to take action against illegal constructions. This demolition drive is to be carried out every Saturday. Continuous action is being taken by the corporation regarding this.
