According to the Meteorological Department, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Western Madhya Pradesh are going to receive very heavy rains for the next two to three days.

According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains will occur in East Madhya Pradesh on 25-26 August, Marathwada on 25 August, Vidarbha on 25, 30, 31 August, Konkan, Goa on 28-30 August, Madhya Maharashtra on 28 and 29 August, Chhattisgarh on 25, 29 and 31 August, Gujarat on 30 August, Saurashtra and Kutch on 31 August. For North West India, the Meteorological Department says that Uttar Pradesh is going to receive heavy rains on 25 and 26 August, Uttarakhand on 25 and 27 August, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh on 26-29 August, Himachal Pradesh on 27, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh on 27 and 28 August.
