Congress has released the list of star campaigners for the Haryana assembly elections. The party’s star campaigners include party president Mallikarjun Kharge, parliamentary party chief Sonia Gandhi, leader of the opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, party general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and former chief minister Bhupendra Singh Hooda.

Congress general secretaries Randeep Surjewala and Kumari Selja have also been made star campaigners. Wrestlers Vinesh Phogat and Bajrang Punia are also in the list of star campaigners of the party. Apart from this, Congress’s star campaigners include Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, party’s Haryana in-charge Deepak Babaria, party’s state unit chief Uday Bhan and senior leaders Ajay Maken, Birendra Singh, Anand Sharma and Sachin Pilot. Ashok Gehlot, Bhupesh Baghel, Charanjit Singh Channi and many other leaders have also been included in the list of star campaigners.

Voting for the 90-member Haryana Assembly will be held in one phase on October 5 and the counting of votes will take place on October 8. Let us tell you that Congress has given ticket to Vinesh Phogat from Julana. At the same time, BJP has made former pilot Yogesh Bairagi its candidate from here. Aam Aadmi Party has played a big bet and given ticket to WWE female wrestler Kavita Dalal. She had joined Aam Aadmi Party some time ago. Congress has now made both Vinesh Phogat and Bajrang Punia star campaigners.

Despite all the efforts, the seat sharing issue between Congress and Aam Aadmi Party could not be resolved in Haryana. In such a situation, both the parties are playing their own cards. Aam Aadmi Party had announced to field its candidates on all 90 seats. Candidates have been announced on most of the seats.
