Dibrugarh Express Accident: The real reason of the Chandigarh-Dibrugarh Express accident between Motiganj and Jhilahi, about 19 km from Gonda Junction in UP, will be known only after investigation, but in the meantime, two audios that have gone viral are talking about a fault in the track.
