Dirty act done secretly in the washroom of Anandam restaurant in Dehradun, obscene video of women made

A case has come to light of making pornographic videos by hiding a mobile phone camera in the washroom of Anandam restaurant in Dehradun. Women and their family members created a ruckus on Thursday night regarding this. Police arrested the accused cleaning worker from the spot.

Also, a case was registered against the restaurant operator. Cantt Kotwali Inspector Kailash Chandra Bhatt said that on Thursday night a woman came to Anandam Restaurant with her family. Meanwhile, when she went to the washroom, she suspected a camera installed inside the false ceiling.

The woman also called other women sitting in the restaurant to the spot. A mobile camera was found recording inside the false ceiling. After this, the women came out and started creating a ruckus. They also informed the restaurant owner.

When the women reached the washroom again, they found the mobile missing. The police, who arrived after getting the information, questioned the restaurant staff. Meanwhile, the police suspected the cleaning staff and took him into custody.

After interrogation, accused Vinod Mandal, resident of Charak Kutir Manihari Dhanbad Jharkhand, confessed to recording the women in the washroom. He had deleted the recording from his mobile. On the complaint of the victim, a case has been registered against the accused employee as well as the restaurant owner.

Women beat up the employee and Cantt police took him with them

Women got angry on Thursday night due to the presence of a camera in the washroom of Anandam restaurant. They questioned the restaurant owner and the employees. When the accused youth was caught, the women beat him up to teach him a lesson. The women also had an argument with the owner. They said that even after the matter came to light, the restaurant manager is not taking any action. The women created a ruckus till late night. Later the police took the accused with them.

The police is taking this matter seriously. The accused’s mobile has been sent for forensic investigation. During interrogation, the accused told that he has done this once or twice in the past. The police is investigating this matter.
