The company’s Pixel 9 Pro XL features a 6.8-inch (1,344 x 2,992 pixels) SuperActua (LTPO) OLED display with a pixel density of 486 ppi, a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, and a peak brightness level of 3,000 nits. All three smartphones of this series have Tensor G4 and Titan M2 security coprocessor as processors.
Recently, some customers who purchased smartphones of this series have complained about problems in wireless charging. This problem is happening more in Pixel 9 Pro XL of this series. Some customers claimed that smartphones of this series stop charging after a few minutes when using different chargers. Google’s wireless charger is also included in these chargers. A user on Reddit had told that the company’s support team has been informed about this problem and they are working to fix it. Many users of the Pixel 9 series have reported on Google’s support forum, Reddit, and other sites that their smartphones stop charging wirelessly after a few minutes. Most of the users complaining about this have a Pixel 9 Pro XL. Some users are complaining that their smartphones are experiencing ‘odd behaviour’ when charging through Qi2 compatible MagSafe and Mous MagSafe cases.
