A case of a nursery child firing at a third class student in school has come to light in Supaul district of Bihar. The police is trying to find out the reason behind this deadly attack as to why the child fired the shot. The school operator and the main accused are absconding since the incident. People angry with this incident attacked the school. The angry mob also vandalized the principal’s office and classrooms. The student injured in the incident is said to be of third class. The school owner Santosh Kumar has been arrested by the police. He will be questioned regarding the incident so that the reason behind it can be known.

Police said that the accused had brought the gun in his school bag. He suddenly took out the gun and fired it at the victim. The firing created panic among the students. Out of fear, all the children started running towards the main door. The victim’s family said that the school administration informed them that their child had a minor injury in his hand. When they reached the school, they came to know that the child had been shot in the hand. The gun magazine was also found lying at the spot.

Angry people blocked the main road and are demanding punishment against the culprits. The victim’s uncle Mohammad Afroz has claimed that the shooter is Mukesh Yadav’s son. He entered the classroom and tried to shoot my child in the chest, but the bullet hit his hand instead of the chest. He further said that Mukesh has managed to escape with his son along with the gun.

Supaul SP told Hindustan Times that the accused student also studies in the same school and had a gun in his bag. He shot a child. The child is now out of danger. The SP further said that the search for the accused and his parents is on. He told that an FIR will be lodged against the boy and his parents in Triveniganj police station. He said that the motive behind this incident has not been revealed. We are interrogating the villagers and school people in this matter.
