Israeli military spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said it targeted Hezbollah’s headquarters located beneath residential buildings. The report said the explosion was so powerful that it shook buildings about 30 kilometers north of Beirut. An ambulance was seen heading towards the blast site.
