Motorola is set to introduce a new 5G smartphone model XT2409-5 after recently receiving approval from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in China. The smartphone features a triple-camera setup, vertical edge frame design, and a 6.36-inch OLED display with 1200×2670 pixel resolution. Motorola’s upcoming 5G smartphone will be based on an octa-core processor with 2.5GHz clock speed. This smartphone has a 4310mAh battery and offers multiple storage options from 8GB RAM to 16GB RAM. Talking about the camera setup, its rear includes a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 13-megapixel secondary camera and a 10-megapixel camera with 3x optical zoom capability. A 32-megapixel front camera is also included for selfies and video calls.

However, the release date and price of the smartphone are not yet known. The approval from the Chinese regulatory authority suggests an imminent launch. Motorola’s new 5G smartphone can compete in the mid-range market segment.
