A heartbreaking news has come out from Delhi in which a man threw a minor from the roof. The incident is being reported from Aman Vihar area of Delhi. Its video is also going viral on social media. The accused is a dealer by profession. He has been identified as Monu Saxena. According to the information, there was a dispute between the two regarding property. Both were fighting while standing on the roof of the house. During this, the matter escalated so much that the accused slapped her and threw her down. The girl fell straight on the road and started screaming in pain.
During this time many women from the area were standing there but no one came forward to help the girl. Later when some people told the accused builder to go to the police, he said that do whatever you want to do and then I will come back after getting released. During this he was also seen abusing.
In the video, the girl and the accused can be seen fighting over something related to the possession of the house. The builder threatens to throw her down. The girl screams. The builder says that you will occupy my house, while the girl says that you will occupy my house and then the accused comes forward and slaps the girl and throws her down. A person present at the spot made a video of the incident and posted it on social media.
On the other hand, the police have registered a case under sections of assault on the basis of the complaint. The accused is absconding since the incident. Rohini DCP tweeted on the social media platform X that based on the statement of the complainant, an FIR has been registered at Aman Vihar police station under section 115/126(2)/351(3)/79 of the IPC and the investigation is ongoing.
