In a recent podcast with Siddharth Kannan, Rajesh Ravani talked about his earnings and how he is building a house for the first time. Ravani also talked about his net worth and how he escaped a life-threatening accident.
Talking about his journey, Rajesh Ravani said that he had an accident in which his hand was injured, but despite the injury, he continued driving because he had to support his family and his house was being built. Ravani says that he will continue driving the truck until his house is ready.
Ravani’s journey took a turning point when he started posting videos showcasing his culinary talents. It was a simple one at first, but his passion for cooking soon made him famous. It helped him earn a decent income as a YouTube content creator.
While juggling his responsibilities as a truck driver and a content creator, Ravani has been able to earn Rs 4-5 lakh per month from his YouTube channel. His highest monthly earnings have been Rs 10 lakh. This is much higher than his income from driving a truck. He earns only Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 per month as a driver.
Despite this, Ravani is committed to his job as a truck driver. “I posted a video with a voiceover and people kept asking me to show my face. So my son made a video showing my face and it got 4.5 lakh views in just one day,” Rajesh said in an interview.
Ravani’s father was also a truck driver. He was the sole breadwinner for his family of five. Every month he would send Rs 500 home. Often it was not enough to meet the family’s needs. He had to rely on loans to meet the expenses. This challenging experience influenced Ravani.
