Nvidia and Reliance come together to take India ahead in the field of AI

India is ready to take a big leap in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Gensheng Huang, head of global company Nvidia, and Mukesh Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries, have announced that both the companies have reached an agreement to bring AI to India. This announcement was made at Jio World Convention Center in Mumbai. This announcement was made in the ‘Nvidia Summit India’ program. During this, Mukesh Ambani said that Jio has now become the world’s largest data company. Nvidia Founder and CEO Jensen Huang announced that Reliance and Nvidia are together creating Artificial Intelligence (AI) infrastructure in India. This partnership will be an important step towards making India a leading country in the field of AI.

Mukesh Ambani said that due to India’s big dreams and the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country is entering a new era of digital revolution. At the same time, Jensen Huang said that there are very few countries in the world where there are so many trained people in the field of computer science and IT. Huang said this is an extraordinary time. India has a large number of computer engineers and a huge population.

Mukesh Ambani said that we have to keep in mind that not only should the benefits of Artificial Intelligence reach every Indian, but also that it should be available at affordable prices. Mukesh Ambani said that we have to ensure that people can get AI on our phones and computers. It is our responsibility to make this new technology easily accessible to the people and we will have to accomplish it together.

Mukesh Ambani said that AI is a knowledge revolution, which opens the way to global prosperity. He said that the youth population in India and the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi have played an important role in transforming the country into a digital society. Ambani said that India is one of the youngest countries in the world. India is fast becoming the innovation hub of the world and we have the best digital connectivity infrastructure in the world.

He said that Reliance Jio is the largest data company globally. He told that it provides data at a low cost of 15 cents per GB, whereas in America it is five dollars per GB. He said that there is a need to bring a similar revolution in the field of Artificial Intelligence as Jio did in data.
