Oppo to Soon Launch F27 5G in India, Specifications, Price Leaked, Samsung, Vivo, Oppo

Chinese smartphone maker Oppo’s F27 5G will be launched in the country soon. Some information about this smartphone has been received from leaks. It can be brought in two RAM and storage options. It can have MediaTek Dimensity 6300 as a processor.

Its 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant can be priced at Rs 22,999 and the variant with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage can be priced at Rs 24,999. It can be made available in two colors. It has been told in this report that the sale of this smartphone can start from August 18. On purchasing it with a bank card, a cashback of Rs 1,000 can be given by Oppo.

This smartphone can have a 6.67-inch Full HD + OLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness level of 2,100 nits. It can be given MediaTek Dimensity 6300 as a processor. The dual rear camera unit of Oppo F27 5G can have a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel portrait camera. It can have a 32-megapixel Sony IMX615 camera for selfies and video calls on the front. It can have features related to artificial intelligence like AI Studio, AI Eraser and AI Smart Image Matting. The 5,000 mAh battery of this smartphone can support 45 W SuperVOOC fast charging. Dual speakers can be found in it.

In the first half of the current year, smartphone shipments grew by 7.2 percent year-on-year to around 6.9 crore units. In the second quarter, smartphone shipments grew by about 3.2 percent to around 3.5 crore units. According to a report by market research firm International Data Corporation (IDC), many new smartphones have been launched in the second quarter. Most of these were in the mid-premium and premium segments. However, shipments of entry-level smartphones (priced less than Rs 8,400) declined by 36 percent year-on-year in the second quarter. The market share of these segments has come down to around 14 percent from 22 percent in the same quarter last year. Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi has the highest market share in this segment. It is followed by Poco and Realme.
