Realme Unveils 320W SuperSonic Technology, Smartphone could be Charged in less than 5 Minutes, Vivo, Samsung, Oneplus

Chinese smartphone maker Realme on Wednesday introduced an innovation in proprietary fast charging technology called 320 W SuperSonic Charge. The company claims that it will charge a smartphone in about 4.5 minutes. Realme also showcased a new type of foldable battery for smartphones at its annual 828 Fan Fest in China.

Realme Vice President, Chase Xu introduced 320 W supersonic charging technology. The company claims that this will smart fone It can be charged up to 100 percent in about 4.30 minutes. This will charge Realme smartphones up to 150 W and compatible laptops at 65 W via dual USB Type-C output. The company has also showcased a folded battery with a rated capacity of 4,420 mAh for smartphones. This battery can be folded and hence it can also be used in foldable smartphones.

The company’s P2 Pro can be launched in the country soon. It will replace the Realme P1 Pro introduced in April. This smartphone can have three storage and two RAM options. However, the company has not given information about the P2 Pro. Recently, a media report said that this smartphone can have two RAM options – 8 GB and 12 GB. It can be made available in three storage options of 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB. It can be available in two colors. The company has introduced Realme P1 and P1 Pro in the country in the ‘P’ series. The Realme P1 5G has a 6.7-inch full HD + curved OLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness level of 950 nits.

The dual rear camera setup of this smartphone has a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) support. An 8-megapixel secondary camera is available with this. Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 has been given as a processor in Realme P2 Pro. It runs on Android 14 based Realme UI 5.0. This smartphone has a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 45 W SuperVOOC charging.
