Redmi 14C 5G Launch in India Expected Soon BIS Certification Out Specifications Details

Redmi 14C 5G may soon be launched in many global markets including India. It has reportedly received Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification. The latest certification hints at its launch in India soon. Recently its 4G variant was spotted on the IMEI database, where the processor and operating system details of the phone were revealed. On the other hand, talking about the 5G variant, the upcoming Redmi 14C 5G can be the successor to the existing Redmi 13C 5G, which was launched in India in December 2023 along with Redmi 13C (4G variant).

by MySmartPrice seen In the BIS listing, a Redmi smartphone has been listed with model numbers 24108PCE21 and 2411DRN47I. Interestingly, the listing also mentions the POCO brand name along with Redmi. In such a situation, it is being speculated that the Redmi 14C 5G can be launched as a Poco device in some global markets. Xiaomi has often been seen adopting such a strategy before.

The Redmi smartphone was also listed in the IMEI database with model numbers “2411DRN47G,” “2411DRN47R,” “2411DRN47I,” and “2411DRN47C.” It is possible that the different letters at the end of the model number indicate the market, such as G for Global and I for India.

Recently, a Redmi phone was spotted on the IMEI database with the model number 2409BRN2CL, which is expected to be the 4G variant of the Redmi 14C. Redmi 14C, “C3N” and “C3NL” have internal model numbers. According to the information present in the HyperOS source code, Redmi 14C is the first smartphone to be based on the MediaTek Helio G81 processor, however, Xiaomi may have made some mistakes in the name of the processor.

Let us tell you that Redmi 13C was launched with Helio G85. So it is possible that they may not want to use the “G81” processor in the new model. Let us tell you that this processor is based on MT6768. A processor named “Helio G91 Ultra” can also be used in the smartphone. Apart from the change in name, Redmi 14C will perform largely similar to Redmi 13C.
