Redmi Smart TV launched Went. Its 55-inch model is priced at 2,199 Yuan (approximately Rs 26,000), while the 65-inch model has been launched at 2,799 Yuan (approximately Rs 33,000). The 75-inch size is priced at 3,799 Yuan (approximately Rs 44,900) and the largest 85-inch model will be available at 4,799 Yuan (approximately Rs 56,700). Pre-sale has started and the TV will soon be available for purchase through Xiaomi’s official retail channels and offline retailers in China. Although Redmi sells some of its smart TV models in India, no announcement has been made yet regarding the launch of this series here.

Redmi Smart TV The TV supports 240Hz refresh rate. The display supports HDR, VRR, MEMEC and AI-SR super resolution. The last of these features claims to upscale low-resolution content to near 4K quality. All models of the TV series offer 94% DCI-P3 coverage. The TVs come with Xiaomi’s proprietary technology “Qingshan Eye Care” solution, which is certified by China’s health standard.

Talking about power, all the TVs are powered by the MediaTek MT9655 processor, which is a quad-core Cortex-A73 CPU. It is paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. It also supports Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM). It includes AI assistant for voice control and Mi Home app compatibility for smart home control. It also supports NFC-based screen casting.

For connectivity, Redmi Smart TV models include 3 HDMI 2.1 ports, ERC port, Wi-Fi 6, LAN port Bluetooth 5.2, S/PDIF, AV input and 2 USB ports (one USB 3.0 and one USB 2.0). The TV comes equipped with dual 25W speakers with Dolby Vision and DTS support.
