Talking about the design, the alleged Trubo 4 appears to have thin and uniform bezels all around.

The corners are rounded and the display is flat. The display has a hole-punch cutout at the top-centre for the front camera. There are two large camera rings on the rear panel. Redmi branding is present at the bottom-centre. Recent leaks had indicated that the upcoming Redmi smartphone will have a plastic middle frame.

Apart from this, leaks have indicated that Redmi Turbo 4 will get a 1.5K flat OLED panel. 3C certification had revealed that the phone will have 90W fast charging support. It is believed that the upcoming smartphone will be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 8 series chipset, which is likely to be Dimensity 8400 SoC. This chipset is expected to be launched on December 23.
