The more premium model of these, the Galaxy A56 with model number SM-A566B was recently spotted on the IMEI database and Geekbench, hinting at its presence. Now, the Galaxy A36 5G has also been spotted listed on the IMEI database, confirming the arrival of this smartphone. The smartphone is listed with two model numbers and the name Samsung Galaxy A36 5G has been used in the listing. Let us tell you that Samsung launched Galaxy A35 5G in India in March this year.

It appears that the DS in the model number stands for dual-SIM, which could be a global model. At the same time, the report claims that the second model number may be for America.

As the name in the listing suggests, the upcoming smartphone will be equipped with a 5G chipset. Let us tell you that Samsung Galaxy A35 5G was launched with 5nm Exynos 1380 processor. Apart from this, there is no other information available about the smartphone in the IMEI database.

The alleged handset may come with around 6.67GB RAM and ARMv8 architecture. It may ship with Android 15 OS.
