Stop shouting, I am not your father; Anand Ranganathan fights with Ashutosh during live debate; VIDEO

Journalist and former politician Ashutosh got into a heated argument with author Anand Ranganathan during a live TV news debate on Times Now Navbharat channel. Ashutosh has accused the author of insulting him. In the viral video, Ashutosh and Anand Ranganathan are discussing the bail granted to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal by the Supreme Court in the money laundering case related to Delhi’s excise policy matter. During this, the debate between the two turns into a heated argument.

During the debate, the issue of Kejriwal’s bail was raised on PM Modi’s visit to the house of Chief Justice of India Dhananjay Chandrachud for worship during Ganesh Utsav. Anand Ranganathan questioned Ashutosh’s comment in which he said that as a journalist he is free to go wherever he wants. On this Anand Ranganathan said that if as a journalist he is free to go wherever he wants, then this rule applies to everyone else. It applies to the Chief Justice as well.

During the debate, Ashutosh made personal allegations against Anand Ranganathan. Ashutosh moved towards Anand Ranganathan in the studio itself. However, senior anchor Navika Kumar intervened and calmed down the fight.

Anand Ranganathan said to Ashutosh, “Stop shouting, I am not your father.” In response to this, Ashutosh scolded Anand Ranganathan.
