Both Xiaomi 15 and Vivo X200 Pro Mini come with premium designs. The Xiaomi 15 ka has been launched with a standard glass back and a customizable edition with 20 color options. Both phones run on Android 15 based UI. Currently, the Xiaomi 15 ships with HyperOS 2 and the Vivo X200 Pro Mini ships with OriginOS 5.

Xiaomi 15 has a 6.36-inch (1200 x 2670 pixels) LTPO OLED display, which supports 120Hz refresh rate, tremendous peak brightness level of 3200 nits, Dolby Vision and HDR10+. At the same time, Vivo X200 Pro Mini has a 6.31-inch (1216 x 2640 pixels) LTPO AMOLED display. Its panel also supports 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+. However, there is a higher peak brightness level of 4500 nits.

Xiaomi 15 has Snapdragon 8 Elite (3 nm) chipset, which is an octa-core processor. The chipset is paired with Adreno 830 GPU, 16GB RAM, and 1TB storage. At the same time, Vivo X200 Pro Mini has Mediatek Dimensity 9400 (3 nm) chipset built on 3nm process, which is an octa-core processor. It is paired with the improved Immortalis-G925 GPU. The phone has 16GB RAM and up to 1TB storage.

Xiaomi 15 comes with a Leica-tuned triple rear camera system. The system has a 1/1.31-inch, 23mm wide 50-megapixel PDAF main sensor equipped with optical image stabilization (OIS) and f/1.6 aperture. The second camera in the setup is a 50-megapixel 60mm telephoto lens equipped with f/2.0 aperture, which supports 3x optical zoom with OIS. The third is a 50-megapixel 115-degree ultrawide sensor. Both Xiaomi and Vivo phones have 90W wired charging support. The Xiaomi 15 packs a 5,400mAh battery with support for 50W wireless and 10W reverse wireless charging, while the Vivo X200 Pro Mini packs a 5,700mAh battery with support for 30W wireless and reverse wireless (capacity not disclosed).

The 12GB/256GB storage variant of Xiaomi 15 is priced at CNY 4,499 (approximately Rs 52,000), the 12GB/512GB storage variant is priced at CNY 4,799 (approximately Rs 56,000), the 16GB/512GB storage variant is priced at CNY 4,999 (approximately Rs 58,000) and the top-of-the-range The top-line 16GB/1TB storage variant was launched at CNY 5,499 (roughly Rs. 65,000).
