Xiaomi Vivo Oppo to Launch Slim Smartphones to Rival Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge With Better Battery Expected Specifications

Samsung unveiled the flagship Galaxy S25 series at the Galaxy Unpacked event on Wednesday, January 22. Three models in the series – Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+ And Galaxy S25 Ultra Are included. Apart from this, in the coming months the company is preparing to add a completely new model to the same lineup for the first time, which will be called Galaxy S25 Edge. This smartphone will be comparatively very thin and lightweight. It is believed that some other brands are also moving in the same direction and may launch their slim build smartphones in the coming time. Earlier, the name of Apple was included in these, but now, a latest leak has claimed that Xiaomi, Vivo and Oppo can also launch their slim smartphones soon.

China’s popular tipster Digital Chat Station (name translated from Chinese) posted a post on Weibo Post Told through that Xiaomi, Vivo and Oppo are preparing to launch their slim build smartphones in the future. He also said that the upcoming smartphones will be mid-range and sub-series models, but they will include better batteries from Samsung and Apple.

In the same post, the tipster also claimed that Samsung’s upcoming S25 Edge will come with a battery with a rated capacity of 3786mAh, the typical value of which will be 3900mAh. It has also been claimed that this smartphone will have Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with 4.47GHz high-frequency version. At the same time, the phone is expected to come with a 6.7-inch flat display with very thin bezels.

Earlier there was news that this smartphone will have dual rear camera unit. Its thickness will be only 6.4mm and it can be launched in May this year.
