Zomato says that through order scheduling, the customer will get his food only when he wants it or at the time he has chosen. The user has to go to the app and schedule the order at his preferred time. This could be two hours to two days in advance. It is possible that your favorite time slot may become full. Then Zomato will ask you for optional time slot. Zomato says that people’s food will be freshly prepared and delivered with complete quality.
Don’t want the order, then?
Zomato Order Scheduling can also be cancelled. Zomato has said that users can cancel their order up to three hours before the scheduled delivery. The company says that it has made preparations to implement this facility. Restaurants will also benefit from order scheduling. They will know in advance how many orders have to be delivered.
