First meet Swamiji, High Court advised the husband and wife who came to get a divorce

In a divorce case, the Dharwad Bench of the Karnataka High Court has advised the couple to meet spiritual guru Gavi Siddheshwar Swami and resolve the dispute. Gavi Siddheshwar Swami is the head of Gavi Math. Justice Krishna S Dixit compared him to Swami Vivekananda and said that his help can be taken to resolve the dispute. The couple had earlier consulted psychologists as well. Justice Dixit said that problems are common in any marriage.

During the hearing on Wednesday, the judge said that it is not right for a husband and wife to separate over petty issues. He said, no road is straight. There will be turns on any path. We have to take them into account and move ahead cautiously. Similarly, there is a family. There are always disagreements and differences between people here. But it is wise to take everyone along.

On the advice of the court, the husband said that he is going to meet Siddhalingeswara Swami. While the wife said that she is planning to meet Gavisiddeshwar Smavi. Justice Dixit said that Shri Gavisiddeshwar Swami will be fine in this case. He said that both of them should meet him in Koppal on Sunday. According to the report of Times of India, Swamiji’s associate Sharanu Shettar said that the monastery is aware of the court’s instructions.

Let us tell you that Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act is used for divorce by mutual consent. Apart from this, six months’ time is also given to resolve the dispute. If the husband and wife have been separated for more than a year, a divorce petition can be filed.
