Hero MotoCorp Launches Electric Scooter VIDA V2, Top Speed ​​of 90 km/h, Ola Electric

This electric scooter has a stylish design. It has removable battery packs. The price of V2 Lite is around Rs 96,000, V2 Plus is around Rs 1,15,000 and V2 Pro is around Rs 1,35,000. Subsidy is also included in this price. This electric scooter has a permanent synchronous motor. It can generate maximum power of 6 kW and torque of 25 Nm. V2 Lite has a 3.94 kWh battery. The V2 Plus has a 3.44 kWh battery and the V2 Pro has a 3.94 kWh battery. The company claims that this electric scooter can be fully charged in about six hours.

The top speed of VIDA V2 is 90 km/h. It can reach a speed of 0-40 km/h in just 2.9 seconds. Recently the company had said that it will soon launch Vida Z with a battery pack of up to 4.4 kWh. Hero MotoCorp’s two-wheelers are sold in 48 countries. It is also planning to introduce electric scooters in Europe. Sales of electric two-wheelers have increased rapidly in the last few years. Hero MotoCorp’s Executive Chairman, Pawan Munjal had said that the company also plans to bring high capacity motorcycles. These motorcycles will also be sold in Europe.

Hero MotoCorp’s electric scooters compete with Ola Electric’s S1 Pro and Ather Energy’s 450X. The company plans to launch electric two-wheelers in different price segments. The company has increased the pace of its plans for EV. Under this, new electric two-wheelers will be launched in various segments. The battery of the company’s V1 Pro is 3.94 kWh and range is 165 kilometers, while the battery of V1 Plus is 3.44 kWh and range is about 143 kilometers. Hero MotoCorp has delayed its entry in this segment, which has benefited startups like Ather Energy and Ola Electric.
