In his Reddit post, this user described his entire experience. sharedThe user told that he developed an AI bot which automatically submitted job applications for him. The bot checked the vacancy and accordingly prepared a CV and cover letter for the person. Also answered some initial questions asked by the recruiter and submitted the application on my own.
The post further states that he was selected for 50 interviews in a month. While the user highlighted the efficiency of automation, it also raised concerns that AI tools bypassing screening systems and thus getting selected could highlight the lack of human element in the workplace in the future.
As artificial intelligence becomes mainstream, many people have begun to take advantage of its efficiency in everyday tasks such as writing resumes, cover letters, and other job application documents.
