It is not yet clear how much education Mihir has, but there are reports that he has studied only till class 10th. He helps his father in his business. His father Rajesh Shah has been arrested by the police.

The woman who lost her life in the accident has been identified as Kaveri Nakhava. After being injured in the accident, she was rushed to the hospital, where she died.
