New alliance in Haryana, JJP will contest elections in alliance with ASP, how can Jats and Dalits play the game?

A new alliance has emerged before the assembly elections in Haryana. After the possibility of an alliance with the Aam Aadmi Party was put to an end, Dushyant Chautala’s Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) will now contest the assembly elections in alliance with the Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram). The two parties have also divided the tickets. JJP will contest on 70 seats and ASP on 20 seats. This alliance, which has been formed after the election dates have been announced in Haryana, is being considered very important. According to political experts, this alliance of Jats and Dalits can play a big role in Haryana. It is also possible that JJP may once again be seen playing the role of kingmaker.

On Tuesday, this alliance was announced by former Haryana Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala and SSP chief and MP Chandrashekhar Azad during a joint press conference of JJP and ASP in Delhi. Dushyant Chautala and Chandrashekhar Azad said that this alliance will take Haryana forward strongly. They said that both together will fight for the poor, farmers, working class and will make the dreams of Devi Lal and Kanshiram come true.

Both leaders are focusing on young voters

Dushyant Chautala said that JJP and ASP have laid the foundation to take Haryana forward by forming an alliance. Both the organizations will strongly fight and win 90 seats. Dushyant Chautala said that this alliance will form a youth government in Haryana by bringing together 36 communities. Dushyant Chautala also said that he and Chandrashekhar Azad are 36 years old and will work for Haryana for the next 40-50 years. Dushyant Chautala said that today the people of Haryana want to uproot the BJP. JJP also made it clear that they will not go with the BJP again. He said that JJP had decided to form a coalition government to give a stable government to Haryana. JJP never opposed the farmers’ movement. Neither was JJP in support of the agricultural laws, rather JJP workers supported the agitators.

The power of alliance is one plus 11: Chandrashekhar

ASP chief Chandrashekhar Azad said that the alliance of JJP and ASP is the power of one and one is eleven. Both the parties will come on the ground from today itself and create a new revolution. Chandrashekhar said that all of us who strengthen the voice of farmers and laborers will unite and new powers will also join us, so that we can take this fight forward rapidly. Our fight will be against the BJP which is harming the farmers. Chandrashekhar said that after the demolition of Sant Ravidas temple in Delhi, Dushyant Chautala has worked on building a temple on 5 acres in Kurukshetra. Both of us have the same ideology.

JJP’s troubles increased after alliance with BJP broke

JJP, which was the kingmaker in the 2019 assembly elections, is now trying to save its existence. After being a partner in power for four and a half years, its alliance with BJP broke. One by one, its 6 MLAs have left the party. Ramkumar Gautam may also leave the party. During the farmers’ movement in Haryana, farmers had demanded JJP to leave BJP, but the party remained in the alliance. Its loss was seen in the Lok Sabha elections.
