Xiaomi recently showcased the MIJIA Air Purifier 5 in its home market, which has become available for pre-booking ahead of the launch. The purifier has an advanced dust sensor monitoring feature, which is capable of capturing dust particles. Realtime air quality updates are available on the LCD color panel present in it. Claiming a 98 percent dust removal rate for pollen allergy sufferers and a 99.98 percent removal rate for PM10 particles, the device also claims low noise operation at just 30.1 dB. The company says that the MIJIA Air Purifier 5 offers a 12-month long life filter and is compatible with the MIJIA app for HyperOS Connect support.

It also claims to eliminate many types of allergens. Its formaldehyde removal rate is 98.1%. The machine is equipped with a filter with a long life of 12 months.

The Xiaomi product supports dust sensor monitoring and air status visualization. The dust function sensor captures dust and fine dust particles flying in the air. Users can view the pollution status as well as the clean air status in real time. It includes a color LCD display.

The MIJIA Air Purifier 5 has a maximum operating noise level of 30.1dB and supports HyperOS Connect. It can be controlled via the MIJIA app and XiaoAI.
