Iran’s missiles pierced Israel’s shield, will doomsday come to Netanyahu’s country?

The war is being fought on a new front between Iran and Israel. On Tuesday evening, Iran fired more than 180 missiles at Israel under ‘Operation True Promise II’. Israeli officials confirmed the attack and said that there were no casualties in the attack. Israel says most of the missiles were destroyed by Israeli defense systems but some missiles managed to enter Israeli territory. Israeli officials have warned Iran to teach it a lesson after this attack. However, here it becomes necessary to know which missiles Iran fired which proved to be superior to Israel’s famous Iron Dome defense system and were successful in causing havoc by entering the Israeli border.

Iran’s missiles hit the Iron Dome

On October 1, a second major attack was launched by Iran on Israel. This time Iran targeted important Israeli military targets, including the Mossad headquarters in Tel Aviv and the Nevatim airbase near Beersheba. This missile attack happened when Israel had announced to send its troops to Lebanon as part of a limited operation. The Israeli Army said that this operation was carried out to eliminate Hezbollah terrorists and their structures. At the same time, Iran’s government media reported that several types of ballistic missiles were used in this attack, which included Imad and Ghadar as well as Iran’s new Fatah-2 missile.

Iran’s attitude is high due to Imad, Fatah and Gadar missiles

The missiles fired in this Rann attack include Imad and Ghadar medium-range ballistic missiles, but Iran’s main weapon is the Fatah-2 missile, which is called ‘Vijetha’ in Persian. Iranian officials claim that the Fatah missile has a speed 15 times the speed of sound and a range of up to 1,400 kilometers. This is the first time the Iranian Revolutionary Guard has used a Fatah missile in retaliation against a country. The Iranian missiles targeted Israel’s Iron Dome defense system, while the Fatah-2 missile was fired at Israel’s Arrow defense system.

Whereas the advanced version of Gadar, Imad missile comes with a maneuverable warhead and is capable of changing its direction during flight, due to which its accuracy is better than Gadar. The Fatah missile is specifically designed with a gliding warhead, making it challenging for Israeli defense systems. This missile has the ability to move and change direction even outside the Earth’s atmosphere, making it even more difficult to target.
